Baseball Tournaments

Online registration and Roster/Waiver form

All participants in individual programs or team leagues, tournaments, and other activities must sign a roster form prior to using the Family Sports Center. Parents must also sign the roster form for youth prior to playing. We use the same form for both individual and team programs. Individuals need only fill out a three line section at the bottom of the front page of the wavier form. Teams must fill out the top section and each team member fills out a three line section at the bottom or on page two. Send the Roster form and Entry form along with check made out to Family SportsCenter to 6925 Baldwin Dr. E. Battle Ground, IN 47920

Our Facility offers 2 large fields, 4 batting cages, plenty of seating, a warm environment and a full concession stand

Blue Chip Indoor Baseball Tournaments $300 Entry Fee(3gg) - $100 Gate Fee. Allows all family and friends entrance ( Can be paid with entry fee or paid upon arrival)

** Please note we reserve the right to combine the 7u/8u 9u/10u and 11u/12u divisions if not

enough teams enter in any of the age divisions. We reserve the right to

hold a round robin if not enough teams enter in a certain age group.
