YOUTH SOCCER 2011/2012

2 SESSIONS

If you want to join please fill out the online registration or mail in registration forms on the soccer home page(payment does not need to be made upon registration)

All participants in individual programs or team leagues, tournaments, and other activities must sign a roster form prior to using the Family Sports Center.  Parents must also sign the roster form for youth prior to playing.  We use the same form for both individual and team programs. Individuals need only fill out a three line section at the bottom of the front page of the wavier form.  Teams must fill out the top section and each team member fills out a three line section at the bottom or on page two.

SESSION 1:  Wednesdays Dec. 7th - 28th

Clinics/Training(coed) $60 per player or $110 for clinics and placed on a house team for session 2's League Play

Come train and prepare for Session 2's League Play!

Wednesdays: 5-8 year olds 5:30-6:30pm

                    9-12 year olds 6:45- 7:45pm

                   13-14 year olds 8pm-9pm

Training will be done by Matt Croxall----He will also coach the house teams

Matt Croxall has been involved with the game of soccer for the past 20 years.  He has played, coached, officiated, and trained at a variety of levels including traveling club teams in the Chicago area, high school, and college.  Matt is an excellent resource for players looking to develop an edge to their game.   Matt attended Purdue University, where he played for the Purdue Men's Club team for 4 years.  The next 2 seasons he spent as a coach for the club while also providing personal training to youth groups in the area.  He continues to be an avid player & participant in many community soccer events around Lafayette.

SESSION 2 Monday(U8), Tuesday(U10) and Wednesdays(U12,U14)  January 2nd   2012 - February 29^th  2012 

League Play

$425 per team U10 - U14

$350 per team U8

$60 per player to be placed on a house team - WE ARE NO LONGER TAKING INDIVIDUAL SIGN UPS FOR THE BLUE CHIP HOUSE TEAM AS THEY ARE FULL NOW

*Teams get 7 games plus a tournament
